REFUND POLICY

At Mundaii, we strive to ensure that you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied or receive a damaged item, we are here to help.

Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Mundaii.studio@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

If you enter the wrong address, you’ll need to place a new order. Refunds can only be issued if the order is canceled before it ships.

Damaged or Defective Items

Non-Refundable Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please retain the product and email us within 7 days of delivery at Mundaii.studio@gmail.com with a photo of the damage.
We will offer either a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email info@Mundaii.com with details, and we will provide further instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund amount.
