At Mundaii, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and costs.
Order Processing Times
Prints & Posters: Dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Original Artwork & Limited Editions: Dispatched within 5-7 business days to allow for careful packaging.
Custom Orders & Commissions: Processing times vary based on the complexity of the request. Estimated dispatch times will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total order weight and destination. We offer the following delivery options:
UK Shipping (via EVRI)
Standard Shipping (2-4 business days)
Tracked 24 (1-2 business days)
Next Day Delivery (Order before 12 PM)
Please note that Royal Mail First Class provides a tracking number, but updates are only available after a delivery attempt.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International delivery times vary based on location:
Europe: Estimated delivery in 5-10 business days
USA & Canada: Estimated delivery in 7-14 business days
Rest of the World: Estimated delivery in 10-20 business days
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Lost or Delayed Orders
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occur due to customs, postal service issues, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at Mundaii.studio@gmail.com with your order details.
